This is the product page for model A series ice cream dipper. Made of food safe aluminium with anti-freeze liquid inside the handle. The liquid contained in the handle transfers the warmth of the hand to the dipper and the ice cream simply slides off the scoop. Perfect balls of ice-cream are easily formed with a minimum of effort. Particularly suitable for hard frozen ice cream. Please note: Do not heat the dipper over 140°F 60°C. The surface deteriorates if the dipper is kept in water for a longer time, or if washed in a dishwasher.
